I had a win of over £200 on the horses via their app and I have been trying to withdraw £200 to my bank account via my debit card and it keeps telling me to change the amount so I do and then it alters the amount I'm allowed to withdraw so no money transferred! I have tried their "live chat " bot...beyond useless! It ultimately said "I'll connect you to one of our advisers now" and then NOTHING!!Judging from the utterly woeful score this bunch have on Trustpilot and the fact they never respond to any comments tells you all you need to know!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Use Bet365 instead...no issues with them!
