Wildz - phone number verification
Hello!
I have a $6000 pending withdrawal with wildz casino since Monday (5 days) and they are making me jump through hoops to get it. I have given them my drivers license my bank account my idebt account my hydro bill and everything they were able to verify. Except an old textnow app phone number that is linked to my MUCHBETTER App e wallet account. First of all its a textnow number and its free to use so there is no phone bill which is what they are requesting. Or they want a document from MUCHBETTER APP proving that number is linked to my account and I have been messaging them since Monday and no one is responding to me and I have provided them with everything else its jot.my fault.muchbetter is unresponsive they refuse to work with me on anything and im not even trying to withdrawl on my muchbetter acct so I dont know why they won't release funds to me. I have eveb sent them previous emails between muchbetter customer support where I had asked then to change my number to the number currently linked to my account. They won't accept but their guild lines for verification clearly state that what they need to verify e wallet is last transaction which I also gave them and they still won't verify me and say they need a phone bill but I was never ever presented a phone bill because its a free number. Please help!!!! I've been dealing with this everyday all day for 5 days and have gotten absolutely nowhere with wildz casino. Thank you
