Wildtornado — player complaint #59270, 2025-07-07: withheld payouts

I am a Wildtornado user since almost a year. Never had problem to cash out. Last week I won a total of 9700$ tried to cash out 5000$ and waited for 3 days… as usual it take less than 24h. when asked the staff if everything was ok with my withdrawal request, they just told me to wait a bit because there was a technical issue due to a lot of request at the same time…. After another 10-12 hours, went back to check out if it was actualy going to be process soon cause my request was still pending. Now no technical issues are mentionned but the amount of the withdrawal is causing delay… so I suggested to cancel the request and make smallest withdrawals request. I had a negative answered insisting on the fact that this was very rare situation but my request was goung to be process in the next fews hours… Nothimg yet. My request is still pending after 4 days. I cancelled it to make a withdrawal of 500$ and nothing. My cashout request stay there in my account, pending. When I ask what is the problem now, and depending who I am speaking to, the reasons are always different…. Various departement steps, identity verification (never been a problem with my previous cash out), technical issues, too many user request…. I am beeing told to wait (few days), and my withdrawal would be processed within this time frame. Few days!? It’s not even a time frame… so now I have my money there since the 3rd of July. They seem like they just dont wanna go trough the process and I am desperate to find who can help me. I have all the emails of my exchange with them.
