Whamoo Casino - Player's account has been closed with funds withheld.
The player from Ireland had a complaint against Whamoo Casino, which had permanently closed her account without a clear reason and withheld her balance of 4,603 EUR. After she completed the full verification process, her withdrawals were marked as pending, and the casino cited a breach of Terms and Conditions without providing specific details or evidence, leaving her without access to her funds for over a month. We engaged with the casino and requested evidence supporting their claim, but the casino failed to provide sufficient proof. Consequently, the complaint was closed as unresolved due to insufficient evidence from the casino. The player was advised that she could escalate the complaint to the Malta Gambling Authority if she wished to pursue the matter further.
