Pending withdrawal taking long
Reason: Delayed payment
Hello,I am providing an update on my ongoing withdrawal issue with Campeonbet.I received a response from their customer support agent, Aurelia, and they are still refusing to provide any specific timeframe for my payout, blaming a "heavy workload" instead. They essentially told me they cannot give a concrete date for when my funds will be released. This vague response is unacceptable given how long this withdrawal has been pending. I have fulfilled all necessary account and verification requirements on my end.Could the AskGamblers team please step in and urge Campeonbet management to escalate this to their finance department for an immediate manual payout?Thank you for your continued assistance.

AskGamblers • Support Team 3 days ago Dear CHIAGOZIE,We understand why this situation has been confusing, as both websites operate under the Campeonbet name. After checking the details more closely, it appears that your account is registered with campeonbet.ng, while this complaint was submitted against campeonbet.io. This also explains why the casino representative here was unable to find an account registered with your details.Unfortunately, campeonbet.ng is not currently listed on the AskGamblers website, so we are unable to handle a complaint related to that website. Therefore, the complaint is being rejected. We are sorry that we cannot assist you further with this case. We recommend contacting campeonbet.ng directly or reaching out to their relevant regulatory authority for further assistance.Thank you for your understanding
CHIAGOZIE 3 days ago Dear AskGamblers Team,Campeonbet is being dishonest and intentionally dodging this complaint by claiming I do not have an account.I do have an account registered with them under the email < email removed >. They are the ones who officially closed my account and sent me email notifications regarding my account status and pending funds.I have attached direct screenshots of the emails sent to me by Campeonbet support confirming my details and our previous communication. I request that AskGamblers compel the casino to look up my actual registered email address rather than continuing to lie and claim the account does not exist.Thank you, okeke miracle Chiagozie
Campeonbet Casino • Representative 3 days ago Dear all, We would like to clarify that the user is not registered on our website, http://campeonbet.io/, and we have no account associated with the details provided in this complaint. We kindly encourage the user to contact the casino with which their account is registered. Kind regards, The Campeonbet Casino Team
CHIAGOZIE 3 days ago Dear AskGamblers Team and Campeonbet Casino, Campeonbet’s claim that I do not have an account registered with them is completely false and misleading. They previously locked and closed my account directly via email (associated with chiagozie0195@gmail.com). They cannot claim an account doesn't exist when they are the ones who restricted access to it and withheld my funds. I have attached email proof of their previous communications regarding my account closure and my pending withdrawal. I request that AskGamblers review this history so the casino addresses the actual reason my funds are being withheld rather than denying the account's existence. Thank you, Okeke miracle Chiagozie

This site will delay your payment for days hoping that you cancel the withdrawal and use the money to bet and in the process waste it. You would place a withdrawal by Thursday until the following Monday it has not landed. Sometimes withdrawal takes 1 whole week to be processed.

Campeonbet Casino - Player's winnings have been confiscated.
The player from Poland reported that the casino had confiscated his winnings shortly after he had opened an account and made a deposit. He believed this action amounted to fraud. He said the casino had cited an unspecified terms-and-conditions violation, but no rule breach or evidence had been provided, and his winnings had come from both sports betting and casino games. He also stated that every withdrawal request had been returned to his player account, and that he had used the welcome bonus. We closed the complaint as unresolved because the casino was under a No Reaction Policy and had repeatedly refused to cooperate with our mediation attempts. The player from Poland reported that the casino had confiscated his winnings shortly after he had opened an account and made a deposit. Campeonbet Casino - confiscated 3.5K€ of my winnings
Campeonbet confiscated 3.5K€ of my winnings because they claimed that I breached a number of T&C that they copied and pasted from their website. These claims imply VPN use, bonus abuse, fraudulent documents, cheating, duplicate accounts, etc. When I asked them to be more specific while also providing proof about what exactly I breached, they refused to respond and just told me that their decision was final. I haven't even used a bonus on their website yet somehow it's part of their claims.
Hello,
I've encountered significant issues with the license operator, C.W Marketing, who is responsible for managing self-exclusion across its casinos. Despite my request for self-exclusion across all affiliated casinos after previously gambling on Evobet, I've been able to make new deposits on Svenbet, Campeonbet, and now TreasureSpins, which indicates a breach of the agreed exclusion.
Previously, I played on Svenbet and was led to believe I was excluded, which should have prevented any deposits. Nevertheless, I managed to deposit funds, for which I now seek a refund. I opened an account with Campeonbet on July 30, 2022, and deposited €570, and more recently, on October 25, 2022, an account on TreasureSpins where I lost €1000—all under the assumption that my self-exclusion was in effect.
In response to my complaints, you have cited clause 8.4, stating that self-exclusion from one site does not automatically apply to other sites under the same license. However, this directly contradicts the assurances given to me in writing that I would be blocked from all casinos under the C.W Marketing license. This inconsistency not only causes confusion but also suggests a negligent approach towards gamblers with known addictions, undermining the very purpose of self-exclusion policies intended to provide protection.
I have documentation, including emails, confirming that my exclusion was acknowledged by your team. Despite this, C.W Marketing claims they do not share a database, further contradicting their confirmation that I would be blocked from all casinos under their license. This has happened repeatedly, and each time the blame is unfairly placed on me, despite my known gambling addiction.
This recurring issue and the operator's failure to effectively enforce their self-exclusion policy is alarming, as it appears they are exploiting vulnerable individuals like myself. Here are the facts once more:
- I requested Svenbet to block me due to addiction; they confirmed I would be blocked across all C.W Marketing casinos.
- I was still able to open accounts and lose significant sums at both Campeonbet and TreasureSpins.
Given these circumstances and the operator’s continued disregard for their duty to protect players, I am contemplating legal action. I would appreciate any advice on whether this is a viable option, considering their unwillingness to uphold their commitments and assist users facing serious issues.
Thank you for addressing this matter urgently.
