Don't bet on intervals corners.If a corner is awarded on your interval that you've bet i.e. my case 80:00- 84:59 and taken after the 85th minute, your bet is lost. I've learned my lesson! Unibet have their own rules when there is a corner !

I would like to warn you against cooperating with Unibet Casino! As soon as luck smiled on me and I made a big win, the casino immediately blocked my account, stating that they have the authority to do so unilaterally. The business model is a 'never-lose' model for Unibet. You are allowed to place bets as long as, over a longer period, Unibet takes more money from you than you take from Unibet. I wasn't excluded, but playing was made practically impossible. Most bets were either rejected or limited to one euro or less. Hello, My account was already verified, I deposited to unibet 6050PLN in 3 deposits. After I made 29770PLN I decided to withdraw part of it, 30.07 I requested 5000PLN withdrawal. Just after that I was asked to send proof of address and selfies with both sides of document. I sent them and day later I got email that my account is freezed. They freezed my account for about 2 weeks for “internal investigation” after that I got mail with information that my account gets permanently closed, They didn't even refund my deposit just ▇▇▇▇▇ my 6050PLN and 23720PLN winnings. Deposits were made over Skrill that is under my name and same name as unibet account. I did not play with any bonuses just was betting sports and playing casino games. They offers sportsbetting for Polish residents which is illegally, This is very big amount for me and I feel like there is no chance to get my money back. Please for help.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the endless verification process at Unibet. Recently, I was asked to complete additional verification, which included sending those documents:-pictures of my ID next to my face, -picture of a proof of address sent to me by post, -confirmation of being the owner of the debit card which I used for deposit, -bank statement connected to the debit card. I delivered all of them and after that they wanted me to send another picture of me holding my ID with my thumb and middle finger only. I sent it and after that they requested to send it again but the ID should be held by thumb and index finger only. I sent it and it also wasn't enough for them. After that I had two other attempts to complete the 'ID next to face' verification, but those documents were also rejected. The last reason for rejection that they gave is 'low quality of the document', but the reason is groundless, because all the pictures I sent them were taken by 23MegaPixels camera, they are of high quality  and every detail is clear and visible. It's just another excuse from them, so that not to verify my account. Until now I have sent them 4 different packs (both front and back side of the ID) of me holding my ID, fulfilling all the requirements of changing the fingers holding my ID, but they still don't want to accept my documents. I suppose [EDIT] their strategy is to decline every document I send them. Please help me if you can.

Hi there, Please consider my case against unibet where I feel wrong done by them. I am a gamstop registered player, I was somehow able to set up an account with unibet, deposit and play even though I’m gamstop registered. I had told the operators on the live chat a few times that I was on gamstop and yet had no suspension or banned account, i signed up to gamstop for a reason and that was to get my life back. I ended up spending £3000 at unibet over a time length of a month. I am banned from there sister site red 32 as they new I was on gamstop yet unibet allowed to to play. Yesterday 09.08.2023 I went to r kiosk and bought 5x 100 euro paysafecard vouchers. Deposited into unibet. Later when I wanted to withdraw they froze my account and then banned. Asked for bank statement. I provided even though it was cash payment and paysafecard. OK then asked paysafecard bank statement. Wtf is that? My account has be on hold now for 8 days Ave sent in all the documentation ID proof of address and my partners ID there will looking for also. I went into debt in 2014 because I had built up a huge debt burden due to my gambling addiction. That also explains the reason that I was not or hardly able to play in 2014 and 2015. But mainly in the years 2019 and 2020, the contra-indicators / alarm bells should go off and action should be taken because there were various signs of gambling problems. The expenses have increased so explicitly in those years compared to the years before (2019 x7 and 2020 x3.5), I also regularly played at night and at unusual times. I canceled realized gains in the hope of recouping my losses. In my opinion Unibet should have intervened and protected me as this was no longer healthy and could only get out of hand in the end, which it did.
