ABSOLUTELY AVOID, worst gambling site. They will eat all your money on slots. Not pay a single win back. Deactivated account. Plus they will give every excuse to not let you withdraw, not that I won money here that I could withdraw with anyways

They accepted my money, I started playing poker, played about 20 games in 2 weeks, then my account has been blocked. I contacted the chat, the agent says there are no customer facing supervisor or managers and they are the only person client facing. They say my account has been restricted from playi

I never got a bonus from them and I never had any offers. It's like I was deprived of all bonuses.... Never again with this crap.

No bonus even though I met all requirements.Hold time to speak to live help is consistently over 30mins. Either they've 1 person working there or hundreds of people experiencing problems on a daily basis. Probably both To date it's been 4 weeks they are verifying my proof of address. On this occasion the reviews are largely 1 star ⭐ for a very good reason.

Can’t even maintain the website Full of bugs and errors constantly

scammers! 5 of us played on Unibet, lost a total of 300,000 kr and never won anything. All online casinos are scams.

Scam, they avoid to paying out 10900€, Account got restricted for no reason and they asked for additional verification, of course the additional verification is endless.I sent 7 selfies, all rejected. They will do everything to not pay high winners. Avoid these fraudsters!

disgusting company! Take off your bonus and don't give back 😡

So I’m beyond pissed right now and figured I’d share this in case anyone else has dealt with the same crap.I requested a 560€ withdrawal from Unibet on Nov 15.Since then, it’s been 16 days of total nonsense: • They first asked for ID → sent. • Then bank card → sent. • Then 60 days of bank statements → sent. • Then bank statements AGAIN for a different date range → sent. • Then the exact same bank statement request AGAIN. • Still nothing approved. And now out of nowhere, after 2+ weeks of waiting, they send me a new message saying I need to provide proof of income: • payslip • pension certificate • dividend statement • or tax certificateI’m literally a student with no income, and none of these apply to me.They already have two months of my bank statements. They can clearly see where my deposits came from. But they keep recycling the same requests and dragging this out like crazy. At this point it’s hard not to think they’re doing this on purpose to delay the withdrawal and hope people give up. Their profile “verification countdown” even changed from 30 days to showing 17 days left and back to 30 days like 5 times, which just makes it more confusing.I sent them a formal message demanding: 1. A list of ALL remaining documents at once 2. An explanation why the ones I sent weren’t enough 3. And processing of my withdrawal within 72 hours…still no reply.Customer support chat is useless and keeps giving generic “you are in the queue” answers. This is honestly starting to feel like a scammy tactic, not a real verification process. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’m escalating it to the gambling license authority and EU consumer protection.

Net voor de wedstrijden crasht de site. Toevallig na wedstrijden is alles gemaakt. Vermijd Unibet. Slechtste app van de wereld. Just before the matches, the site crashes. Coincidentally, after the matches, everything works fine. Avoid Unibet. Worst app in the world.

I joined as a new customer, never used them before. I deposited and bet as per the terms to get their new customer bonuses, but before the race even happened, received an email saying I wasnt eligable. I spoke to customer servcies who could only tell me that "senior management" had decided and he ha

Yeah useless, if you win they just limit you and freeze your account with this "verification" process that will never end. Useless site, avoid at ALL costs

Don’t want to give this site a star they are robbers do not play on this site don’t waste your money.

Never play on this site ! They are scammers. They change the site and all they do is scam you. Im not talking about casino cuz I dont play but Im talking about sport bets. They unfair and I'm very unhappy with them. I dont even have chat support anymore to complain about. They "upgrade" the site but now is worst than ever. Save your money and dont play on this site. Im allready close my account

It's not about whether they're good or bad. It's bad either way, because they won't pay you any money if you keep winning. They have a system like a i anyway, and it's only going to get worse, which is why I would advise you never to do business with them. They're the biggest scammers on the planet.

Couldn’t even put 0 stars. This site is rigged fixed and utterly disgraceful.Never ever any free spins on any game never ever a bonus any gameYou see the same sequences on every game every day.It needs reporting and the site taking down If you say anything to help they make sure you have all zero wins after that. That’s why it’s rigged. As for their free wheel spin it’s utterly deplorable never get free spins on always zero.I will never ever play it again and please steer away from this scam site
