I placed several horse racing bets through my verified Unibet account and won a total of €1,501. The bets were placed at publicly available odds across different races and times. After the winnings were credited, Unibet confiscated the entire €1,501 and informed me that my account had breached various terms and conditions relating to fraud, dishonest practices, or other unauthorised activities. However, no specific explanation or evidence of any wrongdoing has ever been provided. Prior to this dispute, my account had been fully verified. I complied with all verification requests, including identification documents, selfie verification, proof of address, and debit card verification. When I challenged the confiscation, Unibet suspended and subsequently permanently closed my account as a “business decision.” They agreed to return my deposited funds of €315 but refused to return the winnings. Unibet later indicated that its internal processes, including methods used to identify linked accounts, would not be disclosed. **Why I believe the decision is unfair** - I have never been informed of any specific action that breached the terms and conditions. - No evidence has been provided to justify the confiscation of €1,501 in legitimate winnings. - My account was fully verified and I complied with all requests made by the operator. - The account closure appears to have been used as justification for withholding winnings without providing a clear explanation. **Resolution Sought** I request that Unibet either: 1. Provide clear and specific evidence demonstrating how I breached its terms and conditions and why confiscation of the winnings was justified; or 2. Return the confiscated winnings of €1,501 if no legitimate breach can be substantiated.

Placed and won a qualifying bet for the Bet £10 Get £30 promotion, but the free bets were never credited.I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times:- live chat has been greyed out/unavailable four days,- email support has not replied to my two emails in four days- and there’s no way to resolve the issue through the app.The qualifying bet met the stated requirements and settled successfully.Very frustrating customer support experience so far.

I explained the situation and asked why some bets involving frames 6, 7 and 8 had been settled but not bets on frames 1 and 2 result known at 3.15pm and Ronnie to lead after 6 frames result known at 3.45pm.She gave me the answer that the match was in play and I would have to wait until the end of the match for my bets to be settled even though some of the bets had been settled.The match resumes at 2.30pm tomorrow 22/04.These betting companies nowadays are so sharp at telling you how much you can deposit and put deposit limits on you without knowing your situation even though you have told them the truth.Having just checked my account both outstanding bets have been settled. So much for having to wait until the end of the match tomorrow. Unibet and 32red really think this is a game trying to stress out their customers by doing this especailly when, as in my case, I have spoken to a safer gambling operative twice now to get the account back up and running.Apparently they do not like getting BAD reviews so the CSRs that monitor the Trust Pilot comments like to place blockages for fun as appears to be my case -- my advice to anybody thinking of betting with these companies is DON'T. Waited weeks and weeks after setting up account, sent the documents, sent more documents, never even got to deposit. No emails, no contact, just a waste of time.

Confiscated winnings for no reason overall I actually lost 11.63 I deposited 255 over a month when I eventually won they confiscated the winnings with no explanation. Holding money for upto 8 weeks whilst I fight to get it.

Was all going fine, had a few wins over the last week which withdrew ok. Put money back on, kept losing it then they locked my account. It says contact customer service; they can’t help me just says someone will be in touch but no eta provided. Nearly been 24 hours and no update, can’t even take my money out that’s on my account which is money from my deposit, not winnings.

Signed up and deposited no problem , turned £20 into £400 so was pretty chuffed. Went to withdraw and it was lending for three days then they cancelled it and asked for documentation. They wanted an extensive list including , proof of bank account , proof of bank card ownership , proof of address via a posted letter, proof of income, proof of identity, proof of identity held next to my face, and three months worth of bank statements. I sent all of these in over three weeks ago now. Been on live chat multiple times and the agent sent a message that genuinely said “ ha you’ll have to wait, it’s not like this money not being in your bank account is the end of the world” . I’ve spent over 20 hours on different occasions waiting for an agent to answer my chats , and then if I don’t reply in less than 2 minutes they close the chat and make me wait again. Any time I do get through to live chat they always say” it’s being looked at please be patient” like waiting 3 weeks for something that I was told would take 48 hrs isn’t being patient. Refused to let me speak to a manager and kept saying their terms and conditions protected them if it came to me filing a complaint. Even told me their terms and conditions would protect them from a legal point of view, when I mentioned to them they were breaking the law. Submitted documents on the 13th of January and I’m still waiting and it’s now February 16th. Avoid at all costs because they will just steal from you and then essentially tease you when you ask them for your money.PLEASE DO NOT FUND THESE SCAMMERS.

Possibly the worst gambling site in the UK, allowed me to deposit and play then I won money and they suddenly needed 1000 documents of every type. It is day 12 now and they still havent been looked at. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of sites out there to use, f*c*k*ng sickening
