Stake — player complaint #59465, 2025-04-01: account blocks

Hello, I am writing to file a complaint regarding Stake.com. On March 5, 2025, my account (username: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) was restricted without explanation shortly after I completed full KYC verification. My balance at the time was $26,370 USDT, earned through regular gameplay over time. I had previously made successful deposits and withdrawals without any issues. At Stake’s request, I submitted all necessary verification documents: - Government-issued ID - Selfie with ID - Proof of address - Proof of source of funds Despite fully cooperating with the verification process, my account was blocked and I was not informed of any reason. My communications with support and the compliance team have been limited to vague responses with no concrete resolution. I have never been informed of any breach of terms or wrongdoing. I attempted to resolve this matter directly with the operator, as well as via regulatory channels, but the situation remains unresolved. I am now seeking ThePOGG’s assistance in recovering my funds. Requested resolution: I request the release of my full balance ($26,370 USDT) to the same wallet used for deposit, and closure of my account if necessary.
