Account closed and approximately 4,785 USDT withheld
My Stake account was permanently closed after I completed the additional identity verification requested by their Compliance team.At the time of closure, I had approximately 785.4 USDT in my account balance and approximately 4,000 USDT in a pending withdrawal that had already been requested.I repeatedly asked Stake to explain which specific provision of their Terms of Service I had allegedly violated, but they refused to provide this information.I then asked how I could recover my remaining funds. Stake support informed me in writing that I would not be able to withdraw the funds and that their decision was final.I am not asking for my account to be reopened. I am only requesting the return of approximately 4,785 USDT that remained in my account and pending withdrawal.I have submitted a formal complaint to Stake and hope this matter can still be resolved. I will update this review if Stake returns my funds.
