I deposited 7500 dolars to stake 3 days ago and I played some dices slots and sportbettings then they blocked my funds 7099 dollars are remaining and shown in the account. They said that I need to go through verification process and I went. However, they rejected every file except level 1, which is national ID verification, then they said that my proof of adress and proof of funds need additional documents such as 3 months of utility bill and payment proof and bank statements. Expectedly I sent them again and waited like 1 day or so. They rejected it again and said that I breached ToS ? I tried to contact them through sending them e-mail but they did not send any reply yet. I also contacted them through live support multiple times but they just say that my account is permanently disabled and this decision is ultimate.
