Stake — player complaint #59448, 2025-04-12: other

Dear CasinoReviews, On April 3, 2025, I submitted a formal complaint to Stake. According to multiple gambling operators and industry sources, Pragmatic Play restricts access to its games and slots in Ukraine. However, Stake improperly granted me access to these games. I wrote directly to Pragmatic Play, and they confirmed that their games are "blocked by default" in Ukraine (I can forward this email). I also tested access to Pragmatic Play slots on 20 leading casinos, and they clearly state, "Sorry, the game is not available for your jurisdiction," or don’t even allow access to the slot page. Many casinos, such as Roobet and FortuneJack, list Ukraine as a "Prohibited Territory" for Pragmatic Play slots and games in their rules. Even more importantly, Stake itself confirms this restriction: I can access Pragmatic Play slots directly on their platform, but when I enter a slot, navigate to the "Lobby" page, and try to click on another Pragmatic Play slot, I see the message, "Sorry, the game is not available for your jurisdiction" (you can view the attached video file for clarity). To clarify, I never used a VPN from another country while playing Pragmatic Play slots on Stake. All my real-money gaming sessions on Pragmatic Play slots in 2025 were conducted solely from Ukraine. This can be verified by my login history. I also downloaded my casino and betting statements, which include bet IDs and IP addresses — all showing Ukrainian IPs (available upon request). Since Stake provided access to games I should not have been able to play, technically or physically, I requested cancellation and/or a refund of all wagers placed on Pragmatic Play slots. I expect bet cancellation, or voiding, or refund, or full compensation from Stake for all my bets on Pragmatic Play slots on their site in 2025, approximately calculated as $35,000 USD/USDT. I am always ready to cooperate, provide additional information, or seek a solution together as soon as possible.
