Stake - accused me of breaching terms and provides illegal gambling
I am filing a complaint against the online gambling platform,Stake,for the following main reasons:
Ignored Self-Exclusion Requests: Despite making multiple requests to self-exclude from their platform,as per responsible gambling guidelines,my appeals were consistently ignored. This raises serious concerns about their commitment to user safety and responsible gambling.
Vague Accusations: In response to my concerns,Stake accused me of breaching their terms. However,they have not clarified which specific terms they believe I have violated,leaving me in a state of uncertainty and without a clear path to address their concerns.
This experience,especially when considering that the Danish Gambling Authority has blocked Stake in Denmark and forwarded my case to the police,prompts me to seek intervention from ThePOGG.
