By March 17, 2023, I was in a state of shock, unable to eat or sleep, and was crying constantly due to my losses. Despite showing clear signs of addiction, I was offered a $700 bonus by your support team to continue gambling, which I unfortunately did, resulting in further losses.
Escalation and Multiple Accounts:
On March 20, 2023, in a desperate state, I informed your support team that I was considering suicide due to my gambling addiction. It was only then that my account was closed, but by that time, I had already lost everything.
Following this, I borrowed money from a friend and sold two more cars to continue gambling through a second account (username: **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇**), where I lost approximately $17,500. Despite using the same payment wallet and device, this account remained open until October 26, 2023, only being closed after I disclosed that I had multiple accounts.
Additional Account Under a Different Name:
To further demonstrate the lack of protection against gambling addiction, I created another Trying to recover losses account **(username: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇)** on April 29, 2023, under my brother’s name, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, using the same home address. **Despite verifying my brother's ID, this account was not closed.**
These experiences highlight a serious lack of responsible gambling measures on your platform. Your actions, or lack thereof, exacerbated my addiction and led to significant financial and emotional distress.
