After sending 45 emails detailing my issue, I still haven't received any help.Right at the start, my access to the live chat was revoked. Since then, they only reply every 10 to 15 emails if at all asking what the problem even is. If you write back with a slightly firmer tone, they immediately claim you need to speak politely, or they will break off the conversation.To summarize: After 5 days, my money is still not there, and nobody cares about the problem.What's going to happen next?
