Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Stake.My verification process has been going on for SIX MONTHS, and I am still unable to withdraw my own money.During this time, I have provided everything they asked for: bank statements, payslips, tax returns, proof of income, and numerous other documents. Every time I submit what they request, instead of completing the verification, they come back asking for something else or simply reject the documents.Verification procedure is being abused to prevent or delay customers from accessing their own funds.I have fully cooperated and provided official documents issued by banks, employers and government institutions. There is practically nothing more I can provide, yet my money remains inaccessible.This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online betting company. Holding a customer's funds for six months while continuously demanding more documents is completely unacceptable.Until Stake resolves this and allows me to withdraw my money, I strongly advise anyone to not using their platform because they will not give you your money.
