Honest review

To be honest, I have faced a lot of trouble; there have been at least 3 or 4 instances where I never received the amount I deposited. I have emailed and spoken to customer support, but they claim they haven't received the funds and tell me to contact the bank. When I speak to the bank, they say the money has already been transferred—and I can see that it has left my account—yet it never came back to me. I’ve also faced issues with withdrawals, and there have been many times when I didn't receive the bonus corresponding to my wagering activity. What else can I say? If you are actually reading this review, please resolve my issue; I am ready to provide all proof of my deposits. There is a lot more I could say, but I'll leave it at that. Sorry, and thank you very much
