Confirmed payments settled but Stake still won't credit my deposits

Neither deposit has been credited to my Stake account, and it has now been over a week.I contacted live support multiple repeated the same scripted line — "the funds did not reach us, there are no issues on our end" — without providing any rejection code, reversal reference, or specific explanation. When I directly asked whether the payment could have been rejected, reversed, or timed out, I got no answer. When I asked whether Agregga and Swich Technologies are even recognized Stake payment partners, that question was also dodged, and I was told to "contact my bank" instead.This isn't an isolated case — other Pakistani users report the exact same issue with local Easypaisa deposits: money debited and confirmed by the bank, but never credited on Stake's end, with support giving copy-paste responses and no real investigation.Holding confirmed, settled customer funds without a clear explanation or resolution is a serious problem. I have full payment proof, transaction IDs, and a saved chat transcript documenting the runaround. I'm asking Stake's senior team to actually look into this rather than repeat the same scripted response.
