Title: Bank Confirms Payment Completed, But Stake Refuses to Investigate FurtherI deposited funds into my Stake account, but the amount was never credited.After contacting Stake support, I was informed that their payment provider had reviewed the transactions (3564474662 and 3563966611) and concluded that the funds were not received. Based on that, they declined to credit my account and advised me to contact my bank for a refund.I followed their instructions and raised a formal dispute with my bank. After investigating, my bank confirmed that the transactions were successfully completed on the same day and that the funds were transferred successfully. Despite this confirmation, Stake has not reopened the investigation or worked with me to reconcile the conflicting information between their payment provider and my bank.As a customer, I am now stuck between two parties: • My bank confirms the payment was successfully processed. • Stake states that their payment provider did not receive the funds.I expected Stake to work with their payment processor to trace the transactions using the payment references provided by my bank instead of simply closing the case.I have all the supporting documents, including the bank's confirmation and transaction details, and I am willing to provide them for further investigation.I sincerely hope Stake escalates this matter with its payment provider and helps locate the missing funds rather than asking customers to resolve an issue that appears to lie between the payment processor and the receiving merchant.I will gladly update this review if Stake investigates the matter thoroughly and resolves the issue.
