Extremely frustrating withdrawal experienceI’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings from Stake, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.My withdrawal was marked as successful, but I did not receive the money. I contacted support and was repeatedly told to wait 48 hours. After waiting, the issue still wasn’t resolved, and I was essentially told to wait again.This has happened multiple times. In one case, the withdrawal was eventually cancelled/returned and I had to initiate the withdrawal again. I have also had another $100 withdrawal where Stake claims I haven’t confirmed the transfer, but I never received the actual confirmation/acceptance email—only the password associated with the transfer. I checked my inbox, spam, and other email folders and there was nothing there.What makes this especially frustrating is that whenever I ask for the issue to be escalated, I’m not given a clear escalation process or a person who can actually take ownership of the problem. I’m repeatedly told that information cannot be disclosed.At this point, I’m not concerned about waiting a reasonable amount of time for a withdrawal. The problem is being repeatedly told to wait 48 hours, waiting, and then ending up back at the same starting point.I’m hoping Stake resolves this properly and pays the funds owed rather than continuing to delay the process. I would strongly recommend that anyone using Stake keep detailed records of their withdrawals and every interaction with support.
