₹9,999 INR Deposit Still Pending Since 19 August & No Effective Customer Support
I made an INR deposit of ₹9,999 on 19 August 2026 at 5:32 AM through the payment method provided by Stake. The payment was successfully completed from my bank/Google Pay, and I have the UPI transaction proof and UTR.Stake's transaction page shows the deposit as pending, and I raised an enquiry/escalation with all the required transaction details and proof.Enquiry ID: FtMjBE2MVYHcl5DQUTR: 623136035798Transaction ID: 3642124105As of 24 August 2026, the deposit has still not been credited to my Stake balance. The only update I have received is that the escalation is being reviewed. There has been no meaningful resolution or clear timeline for when my money will be credited or returned.There is also a serious customer-support issue. I tried contacting support @ stake . com, but I was informed that email support is no longer available and that I should use live support. However, through the live chat I have not been able to find a proper way to speak to a human agent who can actually address the transaction.Stake's own website says its live chat provides 24/7 customer support and that customers can speak with real support agents, so my experience has been very different.I am not reviewing the betting experience here. My complaint is specifically about a completed INR payment that has remained unresolved for more than five days and the difficulty in reaching someone who can actually investigate it.I have provided the UTR, transaction ID, screenshots and escalation details. I simply want the ₹9,999 either credited to my Stake account or returned to the original payment source, along with a clear explanation of what is happening.I hope Stake resolves this promptly rather than continuing to provide generic “under review” responses.
