Extremely frustrating experience with Stake — repeated payment issues and unfair treatmentStake username: Chinna3692My experience with Stake has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have faced repeated issues with both deposits and withdrawals, despite providing payment receipts, bank confirmations, and bank statements.Transaction ID: 3648316066 — my withdrawal was not received even after 3 days. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the funds had not been received.Transaction ID: 3629650200 — a ₹5,000 deposit showed as successful, but the money was not credited to my Stake balance. I provided the payment receipt, bank confirmation and bank statement.What makes this even more frustrating is that I have used three different banks, so it is difficult to keep accepting the explanation that the problem is with my bank.During my frustration, I used some strong words while complaining about these repeated withdrawal and deposit problems. Instead of addressing my payment concerns properly, Stake self-excluded my account. I accept that I was angry and my language was not appropriate, but my payment complaints should still have been properly addressed.I have repeatedly contacted support and provided evidence, yet I felt like I was constantly being made to chase them for my own money.To my fellow Indians: please think twice before using Stake, especially when dealing with INR deposits and withdrawals. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it. The repeated payment problems and my experience with customer support have completely destroyed my trust in the platform.Very disappointing experience. I hope others don't have to go through the same problems.
