I have been using @Stake.com for a long…

I have been using @Stake.com for a long time and, until this incident, my withdrawals were normally processed and received on time. This time, however, I am facing a serious payment issue.I made a withdrawal on **13 August 2026**. As of **26 August 2026**, I still had not received the money in my bank account.I contacted Stake's payment support They told me that the withdrawal was successful and that the money had been credited to my bank account. I immediately informed them that I had not received anything.Stake then asked me to provide my **complete bank transaction history from 13 August until the current date**. I provided the requested transaction history as evidence that the amount was not credited to my account.I have also obtained/checked information from my bank and have evidence supporting that I did **not receive the withdrawal amount**.Stake provided me with a withdrawal/payment voucher showing the transaction as successful, including the bank account and IFSC details. However, a voucher showing "successful" does not solve the issue if the money was never actually credited to my bank account. My main concern now is the lack of a proper response. Their payment support has sometimes taken **2–3 days to reply**, and after I submitted the transaction history they have not provided me with a clear resolution or proof from the receiving bank/payment provider showing where the money was actually credited.I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want Stake to properly trace this payment and provide the actual banking/payment confirmation showing:* The exact date and time the payment was sent.* The transaction/UTR/reference number used to trace the payment.* The receiving bank/payment provider confirmation.* The exact account details to which the money was credited.* Proof that the funds actually reached the destination account. If Stake says the payment was successfully credited, there should be a traceable banking reference that my bank can verify.I have already provided the documents requested from my side. I am willing to provide any additional legitimate evidence required, but I need Stake's payment team to properly investigate rather than simply telling me that the withdrawal was successful.**Stake username:** Jatinder123si**Transaction ID:** 3633158461**Withdrawal date:** 13 August 2026**Issue still unresolved as of:** 26 August 2026I hope Stake reviews this case seriously and resolves it. I have generally had good experiences with Stake previously, which is why this situation is particularly disappointing.I have retained the withdrawal voucher, bank transaction history, and other supporting evidence and can provide them to the appropriate support team if required.**Please trace the payment properly and return/credit the funds if they were not successfully received.**
