Deposited USD 2,200 on Stake.com and bet on football. Once my balance was down to USD 480, I tried to withdraw it and the account was suspended, citing a vague "breach of Terms of Service" with no specifics given.I completed every round of KYC requested — ID verification, proof of address, source of funds — resubmitting several times because of unclear rejection reasons ("invalid format," duplicate documents, etc.). After all of that was accepted, Stake asked for something new: a bank statement and full crypto exchange transaction history from October–December 2024, roughly two years before this activity, to verify the source of funds. When I asked why that specific window mattered, I never got a real answer.It's now been over 11 days with my USD 480 still frozen and no resolution in sight. I'm not disputing the bets I lost — that's normal. What's frustrating is a fairly small remaining balance being held up by open-ended, unexplained documentation demands after I'd already done everything asked of me. Would think carefully before depositing anything you might need to withdraw quickly.
