RESOLVED: Spinurai no communication and pending withdrawal

I have a pending withdrawal on Spinurai and no communication from their end. Their live chat is down, on the site it states "we are swapping chat system" which is fine but using their support form does not give a confirmation and sending it directly to their support email gives no reply. Withdrawal is on pending much longer then usual and they do not reply to anything and no other way to contact them because their live chat is down for a while now.
