I made a deposit through interact etransfer for the amount of $23 CAD I was giving info to send payment to GIGADAT which they were set up for autodeposit leaving me not having to have security password. Recieve an email from Interact stating that the transfer was successfully deposited into their account, included confirmation code. Went on Spinland and funds were not credited. Spoke to someone through Live chat in which they stated they had not received and to contact my bank. I continuously explained that the transfer was completed and provided them numerous times with the confirmation code. Which I felt they ignored finally after a timely dispute the live agent advised me to contact GIGADAT myself in regards to my deposit. I have emial confirmation that the transfer went through successfully as well as statement from my online bank account showing the transfer went through but still no help from Spinlands end.
