Spinia — player complaint #65129, 2019-04-15: account blocks

Dear Sir/Madam, My son told me about this Casino named Spinia and he helped me setup an account. I made my first deposit of 100 euros. I played at the computer at my own home and i also visited my son yesterday and i have played on his laptop. He already has an account on the website Spinia and played a week ago for the last time on his laptop. Now Spinia has confiscated all of my winnings because i played on a device that already was played on by an other account. I wasnt aware that this was against the rules.. When i tried to cashout i got this email: Dear Player, During the security we found out that your account has a duplicate. Please note that it is only allowed to have one account per player/IP/device with or without bonuses. You have breached this rule. Therefore, the decision was made to confiscate the winnings according our terms & conditions. Your initial deposit was returned, please request an withdrawal. After your cashout will be approved your account will be permanently closed. The decision was made by the casino's management and it is final. Best regards, Casino Support Team This is crazy! They didnt even give a warning when i went on my sons laptop. They should give a warning or what so ever. What if io bought my sons laptop, and i played on it without me knowing that he already played on it once. That means they will take all my winnings without a warning! I want my winnings cashed out and if they want to block my account thats fine. But i won that money and it is mine! Please help me with this issue. Best Regards, [EDIT]
