I made a withdrawal of € 560.03, they asked me to send in a selfie that I like a note stating hey spin and date. I did it and then my repatriation request was canceled again because the paper could not be white, after sending this my repatriation request was rejected again and they demanded me to download Skype which I did not want to do. I gave my phone number so they can call me. they didn't call me. but emailed me closing my account and canceling my winnings.
