17.07.2019 casino requested selfie, where I keep a sheet of paper reading "Hi, Spinia, and today's date."
19.07.2019 casino requested my phone number, and a selfie photo with an active chat.
29.07.2019 casino requested my phone number again.
30.07.2019 casino requested verification - Skype.
30.07.2019 I sent to casino a letter explaining why I could not verify in Skype and asked to offer me an alternative verification method.
17.08.2019 casino blocked my account because I allegedly failed verification in Skype. It is inconvenient for me. I have no phone or the computer with the video camera. The lack of technical capability to communicate in Skype is not an occasion to limit or cancel my withdrawal. In casino rules the player has no duty to register the account in Skype. Casino did not notice my problem of impossibility to complete this verification. Casino violated my rights. Casino is abusing a client's trust. According to EU law, the casino, like any service provider, is obliged to provide the opportunity to pass the verification to any customer regardless of technical capabilities. If casino require Skype verification from all customers, casino is obliged to warn about it before the game begins. If I knew about it, I wouldn't be playing.
