Spinia - no money back on my account
From November 26 I already try to retrieve 50 what is in my account at Spinia.
Unable to date. I had to send in documents. I am registered with them under the name [EDIT]. This surname is my married name. My maiden name is [EDIT]. In the Netherlands it is common with what name you go through life. The one time my maiden name is after my married name. The other time just the married name. My maiden name ([EDIT]) is in my passport and driver's license. That is also common in the Netherlands. I had to provide all kinds of documents as proof. 1. Bank statement ([EDIT]) Incidentally the same bank account that I deposited with. My passport, my driver's license, even my marriage certificate. Everything was constantly rejected and had to be repeated all the time. Then they did not see another corner properly. I do not know. 30 times. Each time by a different employee, who demanded something completely different than his predecessor. I am crazy about this casino and have never experienced this at another casino. The problem is that the support is always a different person and does not look at what his colleagues have done. I want to get out of there as quickly as possible, because now it is € 50, - but if it were a higher amount, ??? While they have to deposit back into the account with which I always made the deposit. If only they had done so falsely before I collapsed, I would never have played here, but they are not that bad. Hope you can put an end to this harassment and I get my € 50 refunded.
