Spinia - Winnings with real money deleted and no cashout possible at all
Deposited 20 Euro with Neteller, lost it. Got free spins with 50 EUR max cashout, won 1.38 EUR bonus, wager done, tried to cash out 50.00 EUR real money. As there is no Neteller, had to try other methods but nothing worked. So I've uploaded documents and played again and won big, so I've tried to cash out again. However, after cancelling my cashouts again for unknown reasons, I've tried bank transfer and then they deleted all my winnings I made after wager and all what's left is 50.00 EUR in my Spinia account. Is that even legit? Real money is real money, or not? However, I am not even able to cashout the remaining 50.00 EUR. Only method I could use is Paysafecard so I've made an account with Paysafecard and tried to cash out again, but got cancelled, again, Reason: "Other". I can't go any longer. Please help
