Spinia - refusing to pay out due to alleged duplicate account
facts old to new:
-created account with Spinia
-deposited total of 1800 euro's to Spinia in 7 separate deposits, none of which with bonus
-finally won 5000 euro's in total
-tried to withdraw funds
-request by Spinia for number of documents; all provided in the end
-withdrawal was cancelled because of alleged "duplicate account", details of this other account not stated by Spinia after requesting further information
-funds [EDIT] and Spinia left me with last deposit of 500 euros
-alleged break of their terms regarding "advantage play" not broken because I had no advantage as stated in their own terms; no bonus of any kind was opted in for or used.
-Spinia refuses to answer further questions or give a suitable proposal how to solve the issue so I file my complaint with you and MGA to be sure this does nog go unnoticed.
