I played with 100% bonus and eventually played my bonus and requested a withdrawal of 350euro. This was cancelled twice due to a technical issue but when I asked what this issue was via email I received no reply. I then logged back in and played a bit more and requested a withdrawal of 450.00 euros. I have made 5 withdrawal request overall and each time it is cancelled due to a 'technical issue'. It had been 10 days now.
