I made a total of 6 withdrawals on the 31st of December and they are still pending! Looking at reviews on trust pilot a lot of people are in the same boat! You ask live chat and they say they have escalated it but they never hear back. No reply to my emails either

Non payment of withdrawal requested on 12/12/2020. Have sent several emails chasing for an update.

having deposited and withdrawing winnings on 23/10/2020 i was asked to submit documents, since submitting them i have heard nothing, not recieved my withdrawal and numerous emails every week have gone unanswered, please help!

I played with 100% bonus and eventually played my bonus and requested a withdrawal of 350euro. This was cancelled twice due to a technical issue but when I asked what this issue was via email I received no reply. I then logged back in and played a bit more and requested a withdrawal of 450.00 euros. I have made 5 withdrawal request overall and each time it is cancelled due to a 'technical issue'. It had been 10 days now.

Taking the welcome bonus that was offered to me I won £473.45 on the 16th May. I then replied on the 28th May to an email with the requested documents which included a number of selfies holding bank card and passport (a bit much if you ask me but ok) Since then I heard nothing so i sent an email asking for an update and yesterday I got a copy paste response saying more less just wait longer. Hi there, thanks a lot for helping me out with this! I submitted a withdrawal request for over £800, a bit later I receive an email saying that I've tried to verify with a fake driving licence and therefore they have the right to confiscate my money and closed my account. I replied that it isn't a fake driving licence. The problem might have been that since I have moved recently and haven't yet received my new driving licence with the updated address on it, they thought it is fake because the address doesn't match with where I'm currently living. I explained this to them and said that as soon as I get my new driving licence, I'll send them a pic of it, as well as proof that I used to live at the address on the old driving license. That's what I did but my account continues to be blocked and I can't get my money out. The weird thing is that I never actually sent them any documents directly. I was only asked to verify my account with their sister site "Pelaa" and ironically, there my documents have been approved already. Please let me know if you need any further information, thank you!

On Monday 30th March I tried to withdraw £647 from Spela. They asked for verification documents before I could withdraw so I sent these the same day. I've had no response from them since. I've contacted their live chat two or three times and had the same answer, that the relevant team was checking the documents and would be in touch via email.

I deposited 2000NOK and got the bonus and played for a few hours where i had bets from 50-200NOK and wanted to withdraw the amount of 29997NOK, got notise of that i had violated the bonus terms since i had to high bets on the bonus money the cancelled the withdraw and annuled all winnings. There is a system in place so you do not get to play on certain machines with the bonus money ref point 12 in the bonus agreement so there should altso be a system in place for theyr ref 10 point in the bonus agreement so you cannot bet more then allowed when you are playing with bonus money. Why would anyone want to deposit theyr hard earned cash to a casino to play with to hight bets if all the winnings will be cancelled after? I feel decived and tricked by this casino and have had noumerous mailes with them and complained to Malta gaming athority altso. They refuse to come to any agreement and blaims me for not reading theyr 100 page agreement. This is a con and should be illegal
