Smokace — player complaint #59960, 2024-02-27: withheld payouts

The brand I want to compaint is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ I did deposit 400 eur to Smokace.com and played blackjack few rounds and I tried to withdraw 510 €. They asked documents and I sent these. Then I got email: We would like to inform you that your game account is undergoing additional check by the Risk Department. We will notify you by email when the check is complete. The procedure can take up to 14 business days. We hope you understand. Regards, Finance Department! They does not answer email after that and I it has been 1,5 months. I did try to withdraw 19.1.2024 and now it is 27.2.2024.
