Slot Hunter - Deposit still not on my accounts balance ( 5 days after deposit )

i did a deposit on the 23.8.2021 and the transaction is done on my bank account, today is the 28.08.2021 and i still dont got the money on my balance on the casino site. ive been contacting the support since the 23. every day, multiple times. i send them screenshots of the deposit.. now after 5 working days they still tell me "we kindly ask you to wait" it seems like they dont even try to fix the problem.
