SlotWolf - Confiscated winnings
Dear Ladys and Gentleman,
i will try my best english to solve this. Please excuse me for maybe bad gramma.
On 19th of March 2020 i did a deposit on Slotwolf.com of 40€ with a bonus. I won 650€ and did verificate my Account. My winnings were confiscated because they said i violatet one of their bonus rules which is, that only one IP per Account is allowed.
2 days from that moment i chatted with many many livechatsupporters and wrote E-mails to the support because i only opened one Account in my whole life on Slotwolf.com. I always got the same Info that they do not get into detail and they are sorry. So i tried to get help from de.casino.guru and opened a complaint there which you can find here: [EDIT]
Slotwolf provided them with all information. Please read the result from Casinoguru at the end which i qoute here also:
"Slot Wolf Casino provided us evidence, and indeed you had the same IP with another player. But this happened only once.
!!!!!You had this IP in time when the second player account didn't exist!!!!.
I understand that this is suspicious, but we didn't evaluate this evidence as sufficient to close your account. If they don't want you as a player, then they should to pay you the winnings before closing the account."
I wrote 2 E-Mails to Support from Slotwolf to please read the complaint again and react, but no answer. Livechat is giving me the same textmodule over and over again so no help there either.
I am very hoping that you can help me here.
650€ is not much money for a casino but for me it is. And all i want is just Slotwolf to pay out my honest winnings. I always read bonus conditions very carefully and did not break any rule here.
