SlotWolf - Refunds
Good afternoon. On September 23, I won 22 thousand rubles at the SlotWolf casino. I put them on withdrawal, but the casino debited all the funds from the account and credited only my deposit. An explanation came in the mail. "Dear Player,
Informing you that your winnings were confiscated down to the deposit amount since it was gained due to a technical error. If we mistakenly credit your Player Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the paytables, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email. "
I believe that the player should not be held responsible for casino mistakes. You need to check the slots before uploading them to your site. If the developer provided the slot with an error, then this is clearly not the player's fault. Other casino companies have paid their players all the funds with the same situation. Please return the funds to your account!
