Slot Wolf - VIP-Status not acknowledged

Hello POGG-Team I have accumulated 12890 comp points at Slotwolf Casino since March of this year. €30 must be wagered to receive 1 comp point. However, for some reason, Slotwolf will not acknowledge my VIP-Status and refuse a second deposit bonus. Support tell me there is nothing they can do and that this decision was made by the administration. I have provided all the requested documents and am fully verified. No rules have been broken. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with this complaint. Best regards
