I made 3 deposits 20+30+20=70€
Of course I lost them all.
There was a Friday promotion saying that above 30€ I get 50 FS on book of tut. I asked chat to give me the FS and told me something about UTC time, but that they could fix it and gave me some FS. I won 1,09 at free spins. I played book of dead and dog house. I won 40€ on book of dead and had a big win on dog house (0,4€ bet) of 300€. I requested withdrawal. When I woke up I had an email stating that they will confiscate 270€ because there was a max win cap Of 30€ (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?)
This is by the way manipulation of RTP because pragmatic play paid this amount of money, but this will be set up at the Supreme Court, since you’re technically lowering the RTP without saying it. And before you answer me think, if someone won the jackpot 2.000.000€ while playing with this FS that has a max win up to 30€.
So as a result they confiscated me 270. I checked the T&C and I saw that free spins on book of took (which are what I asked in the first place) have 200€ maximum win. So do you have a policy to give on purpose the free spins that have the lowest max withdrawable win?
