Slot Wolf — player complaint #60560, 2023-03-31: withheld payouts

I made a 500 euro deposit to Slotswolf into the site on x date of x via Skrill. My account was fully verified, providing proof of payment, address and identity. I then went on to play on the site deriving profit from winning gameplay. The site is now failing to process my withdrawal. They suggest the reason for not processing the withdrawal is due to the necessity of additional verification which is disingenuous given the deposits were only 500 euros and full transparency has been given to the operator. By email dated 29th January the operator said the request was to ensure I could play legally in the casino and only use legal sources. This is misleading and an attempt to use statutory and regulatory responsibilities to deprive me for funds due to me forthwith. I consider myself a recreational gambler. It is an invasion of my right to a private life under my convention rights for this level of unjustified intrusion into my personal private finances. The request is not justified nor lawful. I have sent the Skrill statement for the transaction period but this is ignored and the request for the same repeated. The casino account was never funded by any method other than Skrill, therefore requests for bank statements is nothing more than a delaying mechanism and personal confidential information that if released would cause the security of my financial circumstances. I raised a compliant regarding the operator’s behaviour in using KYC/SOF as a block to withdrawals despite the account being verified with the MGA under ref SMS-GQHSF-962 they advised that your company was the nominated ADR provider and to file this complaint.
