From VIP to bottom of the totem pole after requesting withdrawals totaling 18400
Reason: Delayed payment
On 09/16/2026, I submitted 8 Bitcoin withdrawals totaling $18,400. At the time of my withdrawals, my account was fully verified and had been for quite some time. Just a day or two later, my verification status went to unverified. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of my verification status at the time I made my withdrawals. (see attachments). I subsequently provided them with the requested documents. But unfortunately, now they are giving me the runaround and delaying the payouts even after so-called “escalations”. I am waiting to reach an agent in the chat right now and am noticing I went from #13 in the queue to #3, then back up to #5. Fortunately, I had never experienced delays with this company in the past, BUT I realize now, that no matter what level VIP or how long you’ve been a continued customer you are bottom of the barrel when your winnings are above a certain threshold. I’d like to get this resolved as soon as possible so I can cut ties with this provider.
