Silver Oak Casino - Closed my complaint out of good faith early and they stopped my payments
I had a complaint of non-payment of $22,500 with a different company that helps online players. I had 2 payments left, and i made the poor choice to close the complaint out of good faith. To my surprise, they stopped payment. And say they have nothing showing, i have a payment scheduled today from 12/23/2025. i have documentation that shows different. I am shocked at this behavior, i have only been able to get one operator to talk to me in the past 3 hours. They are purposely not responding to chats i open up. Please help me get what is rightfully due to me. Sending screenshots of emails with payments i received, which is only 7 payments of $2,500 and i am owed 9.
