I had an extremely disappointing experience with Roobet.My account was suddenly restricted from sportsbook betting, and during a live chat conversation I was informed that my bets/winnings would be voided under Clause 6.4 of their Terms of Service. However, the issue goes far beyond “voided winnings.”Roobet removed a total of $4,148.02 from my balance, even though approximately $2,096 was my own deposited money. This was not just profit, it included my personal funds.If they wanted to void bets or profits, that is one thing. But confiscating deposited funds without proper explanation feels completely unfair and unacceptable.I contacted support requesting: A detailed explanation of the confiscationA breakdown of the removed balanceThe return of my original depositsSo far, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.Players should be very careful when depositing large amounts, because in my experience, even your original funds may not be safe if your account gets flagged.I hope Roobet resolves this situation professionally and returns my deposited money.
