SCAM!!!!Roobet — Serious Concerns Regarding Withdrawal HandlingI am extremely disappointed with my experience with Roobet and the way my withdrawal was handled.I had a withdrawal of $2,500 available to me. After encountering repeated issues and complications with the withdrawal process, I contacted my VIP Manager in an attempt to resolve the matter.At that point, due to the ongoing problems and my desire to simply bring the situation to an end, I agreed to accept 50% of the original amount, namely $1,250. Roobet subsequently paid me $1,250.However, when I later requested the remaining $1,250, I was informed that the matter had supposedly been “discussed and settled” and that Roobet would not make any further payment.I dispute that characterization of the situation.My acceptance of $1,250 was made in the context of trying to resolve the ongoing withdrawal problems. I did not knowingly or expressly agree that the remaining $1,250 would be permanently forfeited as a full and final settlement of my original $2,500 withdrawal.I have therefore asked Roobet to provide the specific communication or agreement in which I allegedly agreed that $1,250 constituted full and final settlement of the matter.I believe customers should be able to expect clear, transparent and properly documented handling of withdrawals, particularly when a company subsequently relies on an alleged settlement to refuse payment of the remaining balance.At this stage, I consider the matter unresolved and continue to request payment of the outstanding $1,250.I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with Roobet retain screenshots and complete records of all withdrawal requests and communications with VIP Managers.
