The player from Brazil, suffering from pathological gambling, requested help with the Rabona betting site, where her account was reopened against her wishes after she had requested a permanent closure. The casino agreed to refund her lost funds but then ceased communication and failed to process the payment. We kept the complaint open while the casino repeatedly requested banking details and then confirmed that a withdrawal/refund had been created and processed.
