Powbet Casino - Player's account is frozen and withdrawals are delayed.
The player from Spain had two pending withdrawals of €500 and €440 but could not access her account due to a frozen status and an incorrect password. She attempted to reset her password but received no response from customer support. We asked about the reason for the account freeze, verification status, and whether the winnings were obtained with an active bonus, and the complaint was then marked as resolved after the player confirmed the issue had been fixed. The player from Spain had two pending withdrawals of €500 and €440 but could not access her account due to a frozen status and an incorrect password.
