Playzee - My withdrawal

This complaint is concerning a withdrawal I made on the 26/05/21. I have alot of questions that need answering. Firstly what is the issue? Secondly, can you tell me why I need to apply with a new bank as my only option of withdrawal? Or to deposit 10 dollars in order to reverse my withdrawal?
