**After depositing £500 my account was restricted and I could not wager any funds. I Have been back and forth for weeks to playzee via email. Answered their question they asked which was why I didn’t wager any money. I explained via message on 3 separate occasions as they asked the same thing each time. I contacted online support who asked me to email as the relevant department would be able to sort out. Since then I have had no response to my refund in question. Communication is non existent now from their end.**
