N1 - delayed bonus rounds
Hi,
I made a 90 € deposit on N1 Casino and accepted the Bonus.
While playing 2 slots at the same time, i won free spins in one slot and started playing it. While playing on the other slot on Auto, the bonus was used (i went out of bonus money) and the slot started playing with real money.
Just in the moment as i won 200 € in my free spins, suddenly i got a message i violated the general terms and conditions.
After i had contact with live chat (i have the copies) they told me i postponed the bonus rounds what is forbidden. Thats true, its forbidden. But its not forbidden to play 2 slots at the same time with bonus money.
In a nutshell, i did not postpone but the system from N1 casino automatically thought its postponed due the fact i ran out of bonus money while on Autospins in the second slot.
I had lots of contact with this casino and they are not willing to help me. They offered me 15 freespins with the amount of 0.10 €. Thats a joke.
They also told me its not really my fault, but in the future i shouldnt play 2 slots at the same time to avoid this situation. Thats also a joke, they risk for other customers to do the same experience.
Hopefully you can help me because this casino is [not paying] my bonus win.
Also, they mistakenly assumed that it is generally forbidden to play 2 slots at the same time. I corrected them just looking at the terms and conditions.
In other words, they are doing a bad job too in customer service.
